Who we are

Dee Wan Nee is operated by D & G Staffing Co., Ltd. (Studio R7), 3082 Sukhumvit Road, Bang Na, Bangkok 10260, Thailand. We are the data controller for the details described here.

What we collect

When you join the list: your name, phone number, and, if you choose to give them, your LINE ID, email, area, number of branches or profile link and audience, and a note. We also record when you gave consent, the language you used and, if you arrived from a campaign link, which one.

Why we use it

Only to contact you about joining Dee Wan Nee as a restaurant or creator, and to plan where we open first. We use it because you agreed to this when you signed up (consent under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act).

Who can see it

Only Dee Wan Nee's admin and support team. We do not sell your details or share them for advertising.

Our service providers store and serve the data for us: Supabase (database, Singapore region) and Vercel (website hosting). They process it only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, and no longer than 24 months after we last contacted you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, and withdraw your consent at any time, by messaging us in LINE at @deewannee. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
